The Consular and Visa Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Dili is open on Mondays to Fridays from 9.30am to 11.30am and 2.30pm to 4.00pm.

The Consular Officer will confirm an appointment date and time after reviewing the documents, subject to the availability of appointment slots. Please take note that Consular and Visa services are by appointment only.

Singaporeans who need emergency consular assistance after office hours can contact us at +670 7377 8888 or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Duty Office at +65 6379 8000 or +65 6379 8855. Please note that non-emergency matters will not be entertained.
